The 5th Hospitality Malaysia Conference #HMC2025, held on July 2 at Connexion Conference & Event Centre in Kuala Lumpur, brought together 405 pre-qualified delegates to explore new strategies shaping Malaysia’s evolving hospitality landscape. The event served as a key platform for hotel owners, developers, designers, operators, and solution providers to connect and collaborate on the industry’s future in one of Asia’s most dynamic tourism markets.

This year’s theme, “Redefining Hospitality in Malaysia, Going Beyond Traditional Boundaries”, anchored conversations around the future of hotel design, revenue generation, and investment—highlighting shifts in guest experience, operational strategy, and sustainable development.
